At Lettuce Carry our highest priority is to provide the best products to our customers. We undertake a rigorous quality assurance regimen to ensure the minimization of returns. If there is any item that you feel should be returned for any reason, please fill out the return form (driver has copies) and return the item to the driver. We will refund you the entire amount upon the driver's return to the LC facility. If you want a substitution we will then place a "new" charge on your account that is equal to the cost of the new item. We do this because some perishables may differ in cost and weight.
